The Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida clinic in Tampa is at 8068 North 56th Street. Saturday morning vasectomies were once performed every 6 to 8 weeks by Dr. Doug Stein, but patients are now referred directly to his office. The consultation and procedure can be accomplished on the same day. The fee is $390. A copy of his vasectomy info sheet, which patients are asked to sign before their vasectomies, is available here as a PDF file, so you can open and print a copy with Acrobat Reader®, available here as a free download if you don't already have a copy of Acrobat Reader® on your computer.
Financial assistance is available through the Title X Program at the Hillsborough County Health Department.
