who qualify based upon income and family size.
Limited funds are shared with a consortium of health departments of other North
Florida counties that refer patients to
Gainesville for certain services. Dr. Doug
Stein is the vasectomy services provider for the consortium and
performs vasectomies every 8-10 weeks at
Planned Parenthood of North Florida in Gainesville. |

The Health Department is located north of town.
If you are coming from I-10, go right (west) when you get to
Winderweedle Street (as the van is doing in the photo below) and
continue to an intersection of 5 roads. Follow Nobles Ferry Road
northwest and you will see the Health Department on the left side
across a broad field. |

June 30), or if you do not qualify, you may still have your vasectomy
performed by Dr. Stein in Gainesville.
