The Lake County Health Department may have a Title X (Ten)  vasectomy program.

Although he does not perform vasectomies for the Lake County Health Department, Dr. Doug Stein performs vasectomies on a regular basis at the Planned Parenthood in Orlando and at Wisdo Family Medicine in Ocala for a fee of $490. For dates, see his "Outfield Schedule". Medicaid and Medicaid HMO patients are accepted with proper referral, but 2 visits are required to allow for the mandatory 30-day interval (required by Medicaid) between signing your consent and having your vasectomy.
