| The Hillsborough County Health Department has
an active Vasectomy Program
with Title X financial assistance for men who qualify based on income and
family size. Vasectomy counseling and financial screening are done at
six
of the County Health Department clinics. For vasectomy funding, Hillsborough
is an "all or none" county. That is, candidates who qualify under
Columns A-F of the Sliding Fee
Scale receive full funding. Vasectomies are performed by
Dr. Doug Stein in his
office at 3000 E Fletcher Avenue in
North Tampa.
