The Highlands County Health Department offers vasectomy services and may have Title X funding available to help those in need of financial assistance! Vasectomy counseling may be obtained at both the Lake Placid and Sebring clinics. For appointments, call (863) 382-7272. Vasectomies are performed at the office of a local urologist. The fee is $600 or less, depending on income.
