The Highlands County Health Department offers vasectomy services and may have Title X funding available to help those in need of financial assistance! Vasectomy counseling may be obtained at both the Lake Placid (863-465-2252) and Sebring clinics. Vasectomies are performed both on site in the Sebring clinic and at the office of a local urologist. The most any man pays is $120 for an on site vasectomy and $320 if referred to the local urologist. The least is $20 and $54.

The Highlands County Health Department accepts Medicaid as well as two Medicaid HMO's - United Health Care and Health Ease.
