Vasectomy in Broward County Florida

The Broward County Health Department offers Title 10 coverage for vasectomy services for men without health insurance who qualify based upon income and family size. Family Planning services (and vasectomy counseling) are offered at the following 3 health centers:

Call the health center nearest you and inquire about vasectomy services. You will be given an appointment for vasectomy counseling, financial screening, and a brief physical exam. If you qualify for assistance, you may have your vasectomy performed by Dr. Doug Stein at the Biscayne Medical Arts Center in Aventura on special "Vasectomy Days" (see schedule). If there are no more Title 10 funds for the current fiscal year (July 1 - June 30), or if you do not qualify, you may still want to have your vasectomy performed by Dr. Stein, who performs vasectomies on a regular basis both at the Biscayne Medical Arts Center Suite 203 (click for details) in Aventura and at the Lakeshore Office Park Suite 100 in West Palm Beach. The fee at both sites is $490.
