Dr. Doug Stein is not a provider for the Alachua County Health Department, but performs vasectomies on a regular basis at Planned Parenthood of North Central Florida in Gainesville, at the Cala Hills Family Clinic in Ocala, and at Comprehensive Women's Health in Lake City. The fee is $390.
